PI20 series incremental circular grating

PI20 series gratings are one-piece stainless steel circular gratings with 20um pitch incremental lines engraved on the cylinder and an optical reference mark. Available in six sizes (diameter 75, 100, 115, 150, 200, 300mm).
The rotary grating has excellent mounting accuracy and features a tapered mounting system that reduces the need for machined parts with high tolerance requirements and eliminates eccentricity. It has the characteristics of large inner diameter and flexible installation. The non-contact form eliminates the backlash, torsional error (twist) and other mechanical hysteresis errors inherent in traditional closed gratings. Compatible with RX2 readhead.
